Hi ,
Someone , without consulting me, used quick and shine hardwoood on my bamboo floors . Every time I move my chairs or anything it leaves streaks . How can I safely get the wax(quick and shine hardwood) off of my bamboo floors ???
Thanks for the help,

Hi Amanda,
We recommend removing Quick Shine with our Deep Cleaner (available on Amazon). This product was specifically formulated to dissolve the finish and restore the floors back to the original condition.
Can this product be used on a rubber gym floor? You state that a steam mop should not be used. However the suggested cleaning on a rubber floor is a steam mop.
Hi Kathy,
Quick Shine can be used on any sealed hard surface flooring. It is important to avoid using a steam mop over our polishes as the hot steam can cause cloudiness if the setting is too hot. For best results, stick with Quick Shine Floor Cleaners when maintaining the shine.
I have linoleum floors (4 years old) that have never been sealed or waxed, i usually just mop with the floors with a floor cleaner but recently parts of my linoleum have become slippery and tried cleaning them and nothing someone recommended that i use your product to restore the floors and give them a shine which would help with the slippery floors! I want to try it but only if you recommend one of your products!
Hi Mike,
Quick Shine Floor Finish is pH neutral and UL Certified Slip Resistant. It will help in providing a safer walking surface on your linoleum floors. We recommend cleaning your floors prior to applying the Finish with Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner as it is compatible.
Is quick shine safe on Kempas polyutherine floors?
Hi Sivam,
Yes, Quick Shine is pH neutral and safe for polyurethane floors.
I used your Quick Shine Floor Finish and cleaners on unsealed saltillo tile floors for many years in an old ranch house, and it worked great. I had to apply several layers to get that great seal and finish, but it worked wonderful. I am now building a new house with natural, non stained, non sealed concrete floors. They are very smooth but not polished. Can I use Quick Shine Floor finish directly on the unsealed concrete floor like I did the saltillo tiles?
Hi Cate,
Yes, however you may need several coats to get an even shine just like on your saltillo tiles.
