Product Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our Customer Service Team at (800) 255-1891 so that we can work with you to resolve any product quality issues or concerns or to authorize a product return.
Returns with a Receipt
If you have your receipt, simply return the product to us within 30 days of the printed purchase date. Be sure to include the original receipt, along with your name, address, phone number and order number. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to obtain your credit card information and issue a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns without a Receipt
If you do not have your receipt, you can still return the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will ship a product replacement in lieu of a refund.
Please be sure to wrap the product securely to avoid leakage or damage during shipping and to use a reliable service that provides tracking. You may ship your product return to:

Shipping Policy
Holloway House products are shipped via FedEx to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels or tags for returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if a return is necessary. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction with your selected products.
