Having a problem after apply the Quick Shine, in that the floor has high luster with cloudy areas–not a uniform shine. Applied it at the head of the stairs that gets bright outdoor light. Applied it the first time with a microfiber cloth on my hands and knees (an area about 6′ x 5′). It dried and I could see a few low luster streaks so I decided the next day used a damp microfiber cloth and went over the same area, oh my gosh, it was more cloudy than shiny. Today I used a mop with a microfiber head and did the same area again, it is better but still not uniform. I’m really sad as my floors are nice, just wanted to freshen them. Don’t know what I have done wrong.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you confirm what you cleaned the floors with prior to using Quick Shine? Surfactants from some cleaners can cause our Finishes to leave behind detergent haze as it does not allow our Finish to adhere properly to the floor surface. To correct your situation, you can remove the compromised area with Quick Shine Deep Cleaner. Please reach out to customer service at 800-255-1891 for assistance.
This floor luster is the best I have ever used. I’ve used so many after laying down hardwood flooring and this is the easiest quickest and longest lasting shine I have yet to find. I could easily be a spokesperson for this product if given the chance LOL but I’m not. I’m just a fan.

Floor Polish FAQs
For best results, allow Quick Shine Floor Polish to dry for 45-60 minutes before walking on the floor with socks. If applying multiple coats, wait at least 1 hour between applications. To prevent scuffing or smudging, avoid heavy foot traffic, shoes, or moving furniture for 24 hours, allowing the polish to fully cure. Dry dust or vacuum only for the first few days and avoid moisture as this can dull the finish quickly or compromise the shine.
