Better than expected after reading other reviews. Serves the purpose. Haven’t used the solution yet, just filled with water and used the mist to remove dust and drop marks on kitchen, hall & bath hardwoods. Plan to use weekly or bi-weekly. Will likely use a sponge mop when it’s time to apply cleaner and shine.
Haha, it worked great! The only problem I had is how completely gross it was to see all the hidden dirt it got of my kitchen floor.
The same issue as other reviewers, after a couple of weeks of use the mop started leaking so much that it is unusable.

Since DAY ONE, mind you that this mop is less than 2 months old, it has this neat little automatic fluid change feature that when it’s had enough of what’s in there, the reservoir breaks loose from the cap thread and just “pops” right out of there, dumping what’s left, which is usually a decent amount, of what’s in there all over the floor like the Exxon Valdes of mops… Good news? That spot is clean for the next 1,884 mops…
Today, what started out as a simple “Quick mop” of the floors has ended up with another mass spill and my fat ass landing flat on the floor when I slipped in it. So, thanks for that, Quick Shine!
Your. Mop. Sucks. Stick to what you do best and hope the next one that falls because of your mess isn’t the one that sends a letter from their attorney. For now, I’m just tossing this where it belongs and going to waste another $30

The spray mop was clogged on 2nd use. The spray bottle started leaking and left white flood all over the floor. Cleaning products are great but mop is the worst. I wish there was detail instructions in the package about what and his to use mop. It’s not very clear that mop was for luster, finishes or what to use? Very disappointed with spray mop.

We are sorry to hear the mop you purchased was damaged. Please contact customer service at 800-255-1891 and we will send you a new unit. It is important to only use Quick Shine Cleaners in the spray mop as the polishes can clog the spray mechanism.
this is lightweight and it does help clean the floor so that’s good. I had had surgery so I needed something that was easy to clean the floor and not be as heavy as a vacuum cleaner for a while.
The water absorption part of the pad is too good
This mop is a good thing to have. I love the spray.. Just grab your mop spray, mop and done
The part of the handle with the spray trigger stopped working. Now I need to buy a new spray mop, I will buy another brand. Total loss of money.
Hi Freddy, please reach out to customer service at 800-255-1891 and we will replace your broken mop. It is important to note that you should not use our Finishes in the spray mop as it can clog the spray mechanism and cause it to malfunction.
Liquid dispenser would not stay snapped/locked in place therefore making mop unusable. I never had a chance to even try it out. I had to return it.
