The Truth About All-In-One Floor Cleaners

Quick Shine Products

The Appeal of One-Step Cleaning

We all want a quick and easy way to clean our floors. Time is valuable, and no one wants to spend all day scrubbing. That’s why products promising one-step cleaning and polishing sound so appealing. But here’s the truth about All-In-One Floor Cleaners: they don’t work as advertised.

The Problem with All-In-One Floor Polishes

As floor care experts, we conduct in-house lab testing to ensure we offer only the best products for our consumers. We’ve tested the idea of all-in-one floor polishes, and while they may provide some cleaning, they don’t fully remove surface soil. This means you’re actually polishing over dirt!

Yes, you read that right. Instead of removing dirt, these products can trap it between layers of finish. In our tests comparing Quick Shine to a leading competitor, both provided some level of cleaning and left a protective shine. However, unless you rinse your mop after every pass, you could be spreading dirt across your floor, embedding it into the shine. Once dry, this can lead to hazing, darkening, or spotting from trapped dirt particles.

Why Quick Shine Offers a Better Solution

To ensure a truly clean and polished floor, Quick Shine offers a complete line of pH-neutral floor cleaners that effectively remove dirt and bacteria.

The Hidden Dangers of Harsh Cleaners

Many floor cleaners promise a deep clean, but they often contain harsh surfactants and chemicals that can dull floors over time. Quick Shine’s ready-to-use formulas are free from:

Alcohol
Ammonia
Formaldehyde
Parabens

These harsh ingredients can strip your floors of their natural shine, leaving them looking worn over time. Quick Shine’s formulas clean effectively without damaging your floors.

The Best Floor Care Routine for a Lasting Shine

For the best results, use Quick Shine Cleaners to remove dirt before applying Quick Shine Finishes. This ensures that your floors are properly prepped, delivering a flawless, long-lasting shine.

Next time you’re choosing a quick and easy cleaning solution, reach for Quick Shine—it’s like a new floor in a bottle!

This blog delivers many informative articles and this is one of the best. All-in-One when it comes to hardwood floors is a myth. I tried the plant-based Quick Shine Hardwood Floor Luster after dry dusting the floor as there was not heavy soil and did not need a damp cleaning. The results were nothing short of amazing. The product brought back the color, glow and beauty of this historic hardwood. You are the best! Thank you Quick Shine!

With another cleaning product; The mop gets clogged after a couple of uses. Is there a good way to keep that happening with your mop. This is my first time using your product.

Hi Brenda, it is important that you only use cleaners in spray mops. Floor polishes are not designed for spray mops as they can clog. When applying our Finish, simply squirt the bottle directly on the floor and spread with a clean damp mop pad. Rinse pad immediately after use.
